Quote comparison, without the hours.
VeQuora reads supplier quotes in any format — a PDF, an Excel sheet, even a sloppy email — lines them up item by item, flags the risks, and recommends the award. What took an afternoon takes about a minute.
Every RFQ ends the same way: a pile of quotes that don't line up.
Three suppliers, three formats, one deadline — and somebody has to make it comparable.
Nothing arrives the same way
One supplier sends a PDF, one an Excel sheet, one types prices into an email. Different layouts, part names and units — someone retypes it all into one table.
The gaps hide until it's too late
An expired validity date. A missing line item. A slightly different spec. The cheapest sticker price often isn't the one you can act on — and the catch surfaces after the award.
Hours per purchase, every purchase
A typical comparison eats around three hours of skilled purchasing time. Across a year of RFQs, that's weeks spent formatting instead of negotiating.
Messy quotes in. One clear answer out.
Four steps, and only the first one is yours.
Forward the quotes
Paste or forward each quote as it arrived — PDF text, spreadsheet, email body, any language.
AI reads every format
Line items, prices, lead times, MOQs and validity dates are extracted and matched to what you requested.
Compare line by line
Every supplier in one table — best price per item highlighted, currencies converted, risks flagged.
Award with confidence
A weighted ranking and a plain-English recommendation, ready for your buyer. One click records the award.
The part older RFQ tools can't do: your suppliers never have to change how they send anything. No portals, no templates, no onboarding on their side.
The flags that save you from a bad award.
Checked automatically on every quote, before you decide.
Validity date is past — the price isn't real anymore.
A required line wasn't quoted, so the total isn't comparable.
Quoted material or grade doesn't match what you requested.
Minimum order quantity exceeds what you actually need.
One line far above the market — usually a spec mix-up or a typo.
Foreign-currency quotes converted to USD with live FX, so totals compare fairly.
Procurement tools ask suppliers to change. VeQuora doesn't.
Portals and templates fail because suppliers ignore them. VeQuora meets the quote where it already is — your inbox.
Zero change on their side
No portal logins, no bid templates, no "please resubmit in our format." Suppliers keep emailing quotes the way they always have — VeQuora does the adapting.
Every decision has a paper trail
Weighted scoring, explicit flags, and a written recommendation mean you can show exactly why a supplier won — to your buyer, your boss, or an auditor.
A tool, not an IT project
No ERP integration required to start, no months of implementation. Paste your first quote the day you get access and compare the same afternoon.
The math for a typical mid-size buyer.
180 RFQs a year · 3 hours per manual comparison · $45 loaded cost per hour.
540 hours of comparing a year costs about $24,300. Cut ~85% of it and you recover $20,655 — less the $7,990 Professional plan leaves roughly $12,665 net in year one. Illustrative: swap in your own volume, hours and labor rate, and the demo will show your number.
Simple annual plans, per company.
Billed yearly — about two months free vs. monthly. Every plan includes normal support.

What formats can it actually read?
Anything that arrives as text: PDF quote documents, Excel or CSV dumps, and quotes typed straight into an email body — in any language. Prices in cents, lead times in weeks, foreign currencies: it normalizes all of it into one comparable table.
Do my suppliers have to change anything?
No. That's the point. There's no supplier portal and no template — they keep sending quotes exactly the way they do today, and VeQuora adapts to each one.
How does the recommendation decide a winner?
A weighted score: price 45%, completeness 25%, lead time 20%, quote validity 10%, minus a penalty per risk flag. Complete, in-date quotes always rank above incomplete or expired ones — so the lowest sticker price doesn't automatically win, and you see exactly why.
What happens to the quotes I upload?
They're used to run your comparison — nothing else. Your quotes aren't shared with other customers or used to train public models, and access to your workspace is by invitation only.
How long until we're live?
Days, not months. There's nothing to install and no integration required to start. Most teams run their first real comparison the same day they get access; the paid pilot has you fully working on one category inside a week.
We already have an ERP. Does this replace it?
No — it sits in the gap your ERP leaves: the messy, unstructured quotes that arrive by email before anything is a clean purchase order. On the Enterprise plan, awards can flow into your ERP via integration.
See it on your own quotes — free.
Send 3–4 real quotes from a recent purchase (sanitized if you like). We'll run them through VeQuora and walk you through the comparison, the recommendation, and the hours it would have saved — on your data, not a canned demo.
Your data stays yours. Quotes you share are used only to prepare your demo, never shared or used to train public models. Sanitize supplier names and prices if you prefer — the comparison works the same.
